Yea but the ps5 doesn’t come out until a couple of years from now. No doubt will it whoop the Xbox one x. I’m sure the one x was made because Microsoft was all butthurt the PS4 slaughters the One S.

so stick with the PS4 until PS5 comes out. i'm currently playing assassins creed origins. (not currently as in right now) currently as in I play it a few hours a week. anyway, the game looks absolutely fucking stunning. The city of Alexandria, the ancient Egyptian light house, the pyramids, it just looks fucken amazing. the way the sun sets over the water and over the city. sometimes I'll be playing the game and I'll just have to stop and look at the views, sounds ghey but its crazy how bad ass it looks. makes tou feel like your there.

my point is, developers have figured out how to get the absolute most of the standard PS4 now because its been out a few years. just like with the PS3, if you compare the way the early games looked compared to the way the later games looked like last of us its a night and day difference. with these brand new consoles the developers have not figured out how to get the most out of all that power.

get the One X if you want because that is a true next gen console. dont bother with the S or the ps4 pro though. One X or wiat for PS5. (i heard sony is pushing for a PS5 release by christmas 2018.)

exactly. that's a fair comparison. the one X is the most powerful console ever. the point of the other 2 was just to be a hold over until the real console comes out. xbox has already done that with one x, it's definitely a powerhouse. but you will regret getting one when the ps5 comes out with twice the power at the same price point.

I have standard PS4 and will get PS5 when it comes out.

Which do you prefer?

Without going into all that fancy gamer geek terminology;

XBOX ONE X has better and greater graphics, people consider it a “true 4K”. However XBOX only plays big name games. You can count their exclusive games with just one hand. XBOX also makes old games look better without the game having any update.

PS4 PRO graphics are not that much different than the PS4 Slim and it isn’t close to 4K and I don’t think PS4 enhances the graphics of old games. However one benefit the PS4 has over the XBOX is it plays more exclusive games.

So one console has better graphics, less games to play and the other has not so great graphics but more games to play. What do you choose?
