I have not slept all freaking night!!!!! I laid down up in an hour with tremendous pain, it has been like this all night, here it is 3:45 in the AM, and I am supposed to work in the morning, but hey, I'm my own boss so I may put this little job off. Last year I went to an Orthopedic doctor for my shoulder and my right arm. He found a small tear in my shoulder, that PT healed, but he told me after running a imaging on my elbow that my ulner nerve (funny bone) is inpinged in the little bones in there. At PT for my shoulder they would stretch my arm, and rub my elbow with the metal tool and all, it help somewhat. Basically he told me to fix this is to have a scope, and I think it's time because I can't take this pain!!!! And no sleep!!!! Has anyone else on this board ever experienced this problem? If so, did anything help? Ice will help, hell I will tape ice pack on my arm before bed, but when it warms, I'm walking the Freaking floors in PAIN!!!! Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
