My true vacation is in 2 weeks as we go to Florida. This past week I did a workcamp where a group of us perform home repairs for those less fortunate (poverty, handicapped, elderly, ect...). It's a humbling experience. I have been doing it for the last couple years now.

I bought a bunch of canned chicken and bagged rice that I ate throughout the day. Definitely didn't eat extra calories. Probably lost about 5 pounds but haven't weighed myself yet. :D

I just got back from a week off the gym. It was mentally hard to do but first day back it didn't seem like I lost anything. Just enjoy the vacation!

You go somewhere or just took a break from gym?

You'll go back fuller and stronger especially if you ate a bunch of extra calories during that break.

Fucking amazing day.. took a day trip on a boat. In the red sea!!
Beautiful under water coral..
Ask the girlfriend before the boat if she sea sick. Said nah..
10 minutes in the boat ride and she got sea sick. Puking.. sweating. Anxiety.. look like she was gona die for that 1 hour and half to our destination. Along with a couple other people.
