Went to LA fitness this morning.. got in for free.
Did shoulders and arms.
Love the shoulder press machine they got there.
Nothing but dudes that play with there phones and take pics with bishees for the Instagram.
And im talkin bout these rican niggas

Was doing a double bicep posed and this big ass 45 year old 6'4 350 black dude ask me when is my next show.
Told him i don't compete, but he says i look like i know what im doing. Gave me a compliment and said i got very good symettry..

We started talking about drugs and bodybuilders and shit. Praises ronnie Coleman.

Dude carrys his training plan in a note book and his competiton pic.. dude was shredded in that pic.. good motivation. Even showed me his drug protocol lol.

not me. even when i went to LA fitness i walked right past the "juice bar" every day. i bring my own pwo shake. i'm not giving them fucks a $5 profit for a scoop of fucken protein.

my gym i go to out here don't have an "upstairs" you pussy. 1 level everything you need. no spa, no pool, no "juice bar". does have tanning though. :hibb:

also look at smaller chains or just stand alone gyms. i go to a smaller chain out here. it's got everything the big chains have except a spa or pool which i never used ever when I belonged to LA fitness for fucken years. when i'm at the gym i want to train. who the fuck wants to hang out in the spa like some fucken creeper. :D

anyway, place i go to cost $25 a month. db's go up to 150's, got every machine you could think of etc..
