next stop, Scottsdale AZ. it's an upscale suburb about 20 minutes outside of Phoenix. golf courses and spa resorts everywhere. it has the largest "luxury mall" in the country. for the same price you can get a much nicer/bigger place in an upper class part of AZ then you can in average middle class part of Cali. I've always loved the desert so that's not an issue for me.
