    GH will help just gotta be patient with it. It's not like AAS where you notice it right away. Takes time and consistency. After 2-3 months you'll notice your muscles have a more round 3D look and your midsection looks smaller. Also improved mood and well being and sleep. The longer your on the better job it does. Most people don't give it enough time to work. 6 months minimum at 3-5 IU per day and you'll love it. Will make old injuries much less bothersome as well.

    I steer clear away from winny.. reason why I wana start growth. Think I'm at very good age to start for my healing and overall well being...

    Train smart though bro. Last thing you want is another injury. I personally like AAS that are healing and therapeutic. Deca, GH, anavar. All drugs that can heal, strengthen, and rebuild joint, ligament, tendon type injuries.

    See...i bring 2 bottles of lemon juice and my banana...my last meal is around 8pm EST....We get up at 445am to train...i do it fasting, all of it...i run 4 miles...i lift heavy etc....i train seriously
