    Alright guys this thread was started back in December 6th so it's been about six week sine all of this started and I must say I'm loving the way I look and feel. As of yesterday I weigh 203lbs and body fat definitely has gone down some more. Pictures might not show the progress as much but the overall leanness has improved. Not just abs but pretty much everywhere.

    Took this picture yesterday afternoon.



    And these were also taken yesterday but earlier in the day after my workout so I did have a little pump going in these pictures. :D

    I got into this thread just to ask you about gear. I'm going to be starting a cycle of winny and test. I'm 5'10 and about 182 right now, down from 234 of fatness. I want to do mens' physique and lean out to about 7-8% bodyfat. Is this a decent idea to reach my goal?

    Pec is holding up great. I feel a slight tightness during first a few reps but once it warms up it is good to go. Strength wise it is no where near what it was but that doesn't seem to have any effect on the way the old muscle is returning to all the right places. :D
