    Update.

    It's been two weeks since thread started. Everything is on track, looking good and feeling great. Unfortunately no matter what I do I can't get the light right in my bathroom so pictures are not showing the progress as much as I'd like them to but oh well.
    I'll post this picture withe the new ones so you guys can compare.

    I didn't use my dslr. That camera is just my Phillips point and shoot. Not much better than a cell phone camera.

    False! Picture was taken and posted on 12 / 5. So it's still only 9 days since.

    Even though I'm making big progress pictures are not showing it. This morning I woke up took bunch of pictures so I can show you guys that my abs are now visible but the pictures looked like shit. :(

    But I will post pictures every two weeks instead of once a month. Thread was started eight days ago so I will post a picture in six days.

    I already did eliminate all the sugar. And also I'm already doing low complex carbs. So sugar in the POW shake is necessary for a little bit of glycogen replacement and a bit of insulin relase.


    I agree with adding more protein and I'll be doing that soon.

    And don't let that picture fool you. I already look leaner than that picture above so my diet is working. :thumup:

    only 21 grams of protein in your first meal and on test, tren, and gh you are not taking advantage of the protein your body WILL use. double or triple the protein in meal 1.

    I know you are not gonna like hearing this but I'm not doing anything different or hasn't been posted about a million times.

    Breakfast is around 6am, three scrambled aggs and two slices of wheat toast with cup of coffee.

    Workout around 7 or 8am, two body parts still very light around 4 sets and twenty reps for three exercises per body part.

    POW shake, two scoops whey protein with 8oz of grape juice and 4oz of water.

    meal three is either chicken breast and rice or ground turkey and rice and some steamed brocolli. Yester day I had two chicken breast for lunch and today 1/3 of ground turkey with cup of rice.

    Meal four is another two scoops of protein powder with water.

    and I try to eat early dinner like around 6 or 6:30pm and I'll be eating grilled something. (chicken, steak, turkey patties, or even lean hamburger patty)

    My dinner last night was chopped salad with two chicken breast.

    I used lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, green peppers, avocado, olive oil and salt and pepper. chop everything in a bowl, chop the chicken breast mix them together, drizzle olive oil and salt, pepper and voila!

    it tasted amazing and I think I'll be doing that pretty often for dinner.

    When I get hungry later in the evening I just drink water until I go to bed. But before I go to bed I eat a tea spoon of peanut butter. I know most of you guys will oppose that idea but my body work whole lot better with some clean fat in it while I'm sleeping. :D

    Current cycle is 250mg test E and 200mg of tren E week with 2iu hgh everyday.
