I completed with Mr I back in 1942. lol

Last time on stage I was 30. So exactly 10 years ago. The guy that trained me for my first show just started back up again. He's doing awesome. Prime age for competing seems to be at the 40 mark. Whoever wins the men's master 40 division usually wins the overall show. Obviously this is local and not at a professional level. Professional bodybuilders bodies start shutting down around 40. lol
