hey, new here but not totally new to the whole lifting and eatting aspect... right now ive lost some weight so i know how to work diets and all that stuff but as of now ive been lifting fairly new to it all been lifting for about 2 months now so yea im a big newb haha. but anyways is there a diet i can go on a clean one to burn some good ol body fat... im lifting 3 times a week and doing 30 mins of cardio as well 3 times a week. Any good suggestions on where to start? Im not wanting to do low carb really i mean ill watch them but i dont want to cut them out. Thanks
