ok, for around 3 years I have been taking a multi and eating very healthy. Over last 8 months a nasty depression set in, along with fatigue, and no gains, no pumps etc....found out it was because of vitamin poisoning from vitamin b6
now i had always been told that b's were water soluable(which they are) and thought nothing of it....
but even in small does it can cause severe nervous system damage....there are many many research studies done on the issue.
i had advocated amongst family members to start(which they have) and now im the dumbest sitting aroudn waiting for nerves to repair themselves...
if your eating healthy, plentiful, and eating in moderation of everything...you DO NOT need a multi(unless of course you have some disorder etc or otherwise directed by a doctor etc)
just wanted to be one of the select few to reinnerate that....i was always told a daily was good....thing again...maybe take a daily like once a week to make sure u get the "trace" minerals etc in...
