5'7" 175 pounds, 10% BF
BMR: 3100
Don't eat tuna or eggs. Pretty flexible on most other foods.
Time frame: 2 months
Cardio: 15 min run 5x/ week
I just recently started a cycle of gh, slin, a test booster (Novedex XT), and T4. Since starting this cycle (4 weeks this Sunday) I've gained 15 lbs. I just want to make sure that I am gaining "good" weight and that the weight will not slow me down for athletics. I need to keep as much speed as I can while increase my weight/ strength.
I appreciate any help.
