    first of all. . .

    height=5'9"
    age=24
    weight=186
    training for 6+ yrs

    ok in the last 5 months I've come down from 205lbs to 186 with 2 workouts a days 5-6 days a week. Earlier this spring i ran a cycle of test cyp with T3 and clen for 10 weeks. Recently I've been trying to manipulate my diet the best i can to burn fat and of course maintain as much muscle as i can.

    meal1- 1 egg, 6egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal 47g 33g 7g
    meal2(after cardio)-whey+casein shake 42 8 3
    meal3-6oz chicken 54 0 5
    meal4-6oz tuna+2Tbsp salsa 25 5 5
    meal5-6oz grnd beef(97%)+mix veggies 52 10 10
    meal6-whey+white mini bagel with honey (PWO) 52 29 5
    meal7- 6-8oz grnd turkey 30 0 12
    meal8-8oz steak+minced garlic 72 0 20
    totals=374g Protein/ 85g Carb/ 67g Fat : 2439 cals and 61/14/25

    I would like to try playing with the carbs to speed up metabolism, burn fat, . . .For those of you that have successfully rotated carbs before, I've been thinking of something where i eat these macros 3-4 days, followed by a day of increase in carbs, how many carbs would i go up to? 200-300g? Also, what do you guys think of the macro's? Any input on this diet, let me have it
