I need to figure out a calorie intake for my upcoming cycle. I'm trying to get the most out of this cycle as possible. I read before that a good way to do it is take your target weight and times that by 33 calories per pound. 1-2 grams of protien per pound of body weight I'm gonna try to get 2 grams in. carbs 2 grams as well. I got all my supps and everything pretty well lined out. any suggestions?
