Pickled Eggs as a snack

When my kids finish a big ass jar of pickles I will throw a dozen or so boiled eggs in there and after a few days you have dill pickled eggs!

I love red beat eggs. They have some sugar in them but I can knock them out. Hard boiled eggs in general are a great source of protein.

These ones have a stong vinegar taste, which i like, but most of all its the convenience and clean eating.

I got these pickled eggs at costco. Great while on the run between meals. Pop two in your mouth and keep going...no messing around with boiling and peeling!
