If you meal prep, you will have a great macro sense of what you are eating for the week. And you will have programmed out spontaneous fast food jaunts, so you will be sticking to a controlled diet. Think of it like budgeting, or shopping with a grocery list. You’re more likely to make healthy choices with a master plan.

Meal prepping ensures you always have options that fit your dietary needs because you’ve planned in advance and brought your own food.

Don’t go all in all at once. If you want to make meal prep a habit that sticks, think about your main goal. But you just have to build it up as you need it. I think people approach meal prep like they have to do everything at once.

I personally am a fan of using a 19nor, DHT, and test base combo and just using varies dosages based on goals so mast is a part of almost every blast I have done even low dose like 200mgs mast e a week.

One of its uses was/is to build and preserve tissue in burn victims and at low dose 20mgs if you have good var there is little downside, it was just something that made sense to me.
