  • Ab-Solved : Hmm?

    Well im considering something and am looking for much input. Ive done some searching regaurding sesathin and 7-oxo and ab-solved, ect. So far Ab-Solved seems to catch my attention the most and im looking to give it a try. I have a feq questions first:

    Its football season right now, so Im working out early in the morning. After I apply the Ab-Solved, how does sweat ect. effect it. Should I possibly take it before my workout, or before practice?

    During season, im not rlly cutting or bulking. Im basically trying my best to at least maintain strength/mass while possibly putting on just a bit more. So I was curious, maybe a good time to use ab-solved would be now, since I am still lifting and growing, as well as doing cardio / extra excersise due to practice. I figure this might be a decent way to gain/keep muscle while dropping some bf.

    My other option is to hold off, and in some months time, go on my cutting cycle and use it then.

    As for my bf/stats ect. I dont know my bf.

    Basic knowledge to give u a gestamit:
    5'7"-5'8"
    200 pnds
    Max Bench - 320-330.
    The rest of my body is in proportian as well.

    The reason Id like to try absolved is I think I have a very nice build going, im not very defined, but im big, with good shape, and decent cuts. The only part missing is my mid section. I know ive got some nice hard strong abs underneath those years of eating junk as a little kid, and If I could just shed a layer or 2 off I think I would be very happy. As for now, my sthomach isnt bulging, its just kind of flabby, but U can still see vague outlines of abdominal muscles ect (When I arch my bach ;) )

    Anways, thnx dewds, will still be doing research.
