I havent used the stuff since high school. Last time i used it I broke out like crazy, maybe the brand i was using. Well this wek at the gym some buddy who competes is using it. I said i wanna try it, but im on low carbs high protein. Since im trying just to flatten out my stomach, not reallt sculp it up yet. Since creatine retains water or fills up the muscle cells with water, is it bad to use it right now. Im currently on cycle and about 10 days my pct will start (using prop).
