I was wondering what the proper number of sets are for each muscle group?
My opinion is this....
12-15 sets for legs
8-10 sets for chest
8-10 sets for back
8-10 sets for shoulders
7-8 sets for arms
If anyone does anything different could you please post it???
Also if you're running a steroid or another type of hormone(1-ad) is it alright to work the muscle beyond the normal amount of sets, to ensure maximum breakdown???
