Ok, right now i'm concentrating on my abs and lower abdominal area, so i've decided to go with an ECA stack and 750mg of gaba, why gaba u ask well i've notice while i was using PGH i was very lean in the stomach area, and my body temperature became higher while i was on it, since then i've looked into the ingredients of PGH and its basically gaba and glutamine (in different forms but basically thats what it is) so i went to vitaminshoppe and picked up a few things and decided to get the gaba to see if i got the same effect as PGH and to my surprise i did, my body temperature did elevate i felt kinda good while i was doing my sets, and working on my abs i could also withstand the crunches more letting me do more situps, all in all i think its a great add on i was just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience, my diet is pretty laid out , balanced meals through out the day, plus the eca stack kills some of my hunger, i'm still working out my upper body but on the weekends and throwing in cardio here and there. (another thing i might add to my regimine might be some redline rtd drinks they seem to help others in that area)
