I emailed Laura and asked if she was in fact close to where I am in Philly, and conversing a bit, she gave me the option of picking up my package from the factory. When I got there that same afternoon, it was all packed and ready.

I've gotta say, Laura gets a star in my book, and ATW's customer service is top-notch.
