  • Supplement Questions

    Considering adding supplements to my diet. Have been reading through post and there are many different things people are taking. Right now my body just feel like it is losing steam sometimes. My diet is pretty good and every week I am getting a little stronger, but feel like something is missing with the energy level.

    Currently I am only taking protein powder and this seems to give me stomach issues every few weeks.

    1.) I want to pick up some Creatine this weekend - From what I understand this should be taken after working out?

    2.) Any suggestions of something to take before working, to give me a little more energy.

    3.) Suggestions on other supplements that really add value. There seems like there is just way too many products on the market to choose from.
