Try the lipo without ephedrine for about 4 weeks, if littleo r no fat loss (give your diet/cardio is on point) its ok to add the ephedrine.

Im pretty lean as is. Im 6'0 211 and I am between 8-12% BF.

8% - 12% is a HUGE difference :confused:

lipo is supposed to be pretty effective on its own. i dont see the need to add to it.
