I hear you there. And most people take Omegas etc as part of their daily regimen, I do as well but was just curious-some don't..I spent 20 years or so beating the hell out of my body with work, so as I get older I do notice it takes more to maintain my own personal standards of performance then it once did. And much of it is mental, but some of its not. However it is minimized by what I do take both above and below board I feel.

Joint support would be cool but fact and fiction are often hard to delineate in the supplement world. Thanks for the input all.

Yeah, I didn't include Omega-3 oil and multivitamins, which I take. I don't even think of them as supplements.

    Just curious:)
I don't think any of those things are specific to age aside from the daily aspirin.

Fish Oil, Multi-Vit and maybe a joint supplement would definitely be something I think would be more important as you get older.

    Over 40

Just curious from those on the board that are over 40 or training someone over 40, do you find that the supplements you take have changed? I know for me as I round the corner what I now take has changed. I don't mean cycle related or the typical whey and Casein stuff. I mean, things like BCAAS, Beta Alanine, Caffeine, Green Tea, Carnitine, fish oil, Yohimbe, CLA, hell even a baby aspirin. That is all stuff I take because, frankly, I feel better when I take it, especially in conjunction with all the other good stuff.
