Could it be possible to workout the forearms this way like the calves in the article posted by Nekrawulf.

I was thinking about using a light weight, not too light nor heavy, just there. Chosing a number of reps and banging them out until reaching the goal desired. But only stoppping when can not continue, to stretch and then bang more reps.
I ask this question since calves and forarms are muscle that require a banging to grow. Ive been having trouble getting that thickness in them. Was wondering if this would be helpful and maybe giving it a try.
