Where is the best place to buy rubber plates?

I would like to purchase some rubber plates, the two popular sports outlets around me are dicks and the sports authority neither of which carry rubber plates, the official dicks site doesn't even carry them (lots of things they have on the website that aren't available in stores)

I've seen a few sets on ebay but i dont like ebay so i was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction
