    i read a lot about no burn, and lactic acid interfering with muscle growth..

    take monday, i spent prolly 35-40 minutes in the gym, did my 5x5 squats, deads, leg extensions, and donkey raises... trembling, weak, stumbled out of there..

    two days later, i'm still sore, but only when i flex those muscles, is that lactic acid buildup? can i get rid of that effectively to not hamper the muscle growth?
