    didn't get but half a week of lifting in last week... had a 103.5 fever at one point on thursday and it put me down hard thru the weekend..

    back on monday tho! hit the squats & thighs hard, saving the deadlifts for their own dedicated time on thursday.

    Incline/Flat/Decline yesterday managed nice worksets however those are lagging FAR behind my legs, they'll need lots of work.

    still going strong, hitting 175 grams or more of protien daily...
