I'm currently hitting chest and tri on monday.....
i am hitting 2 weeks heavy low rep"4-6" and 2 weeks light weight high reps"8-10"
also i alternate from dumbell to bar every other week.....
3 sets of every exercise
flat/incline presses and cable crosses for chest
vbar pushdown, nosebreakers, bench dips w/100lb plate on thighs
was wanting to know what you guys think? any advice is appreciated.....
diet is on spot...... trying to cut fat while adding lean mass......
