  • Started new routine

    I am now doing shoulders press, bicep curls this way:

    Each two times per week. Taking about 3 day rests on these particular exercises

    1x10, 1x8, 1x6, 1x6, optional 1x4
    On each set I go up 2.5lbs per dumbell.
    On the following workout I go up 2.5lbs heavier for each set. Two workouts and I've already gained half an inch on my bi's.
    Taking about 3 day rests on these particular exercises.

    Five pounds a week will add up fast. I'll keep you guys posted on results.
