Skip to the 2:40mark. If you can do any of the three exercises your rotator cuff is fine.

Tell you all of your idiot doctors to go back to the fucking school. Bro, rotator cuff tear pain is nothing you have ever experienced. If you have a torn rotator cuff you will NOT be able to do shit. You arm and shoulder will move unnaturally and the torn side will be higher when you try to lift your arm up to your side or in front of you.
I'm not sitting here talking out of my ass. I've had both and telling you pain and the lack of movement if torn pec is about 1/10 of pain of torn rotator cuff tear and lack of range of motion.

Grab a five pound dumbbell and do this exercise with the bad side and see if you can do it.

Reason for all of this is I've seen tons of rotator cuff tears and I've never seen it bleed like that.

I'm just trying save him from an unnecessary shoulder surgery.

If he can move his arm up and down with out shoulder pain his rotator cuff is fine, and just chest is fucked up.

FUCK! I forgot...when I had my crash I actually did tear my rotator cuff (minor tear) but tear nonetheless and it was zero bruising but the fucking pain was unbearable. My arm was paralyzed, couldn't move it an inch in any direction.

And that was a microscopic tear.

Funny how we forget some of the bad injuries and shit once we heal up. Lol.
