It is time for me to switch up my program. I have been on a strength program for about 8 weeks so I am going to switch it up to a hypertrophy program for around 4 weeks and then head back over to strength. What hypertrophy program do you all like the most? I am thinking I will do: 10/8/6/15-20 using 50-75%.
