    Figure once a week full body is better then going 4-5 times a week on different body parts and being exposed to that virus shit multiple times per week. My apartment gym is still open. DB's up to 75lbs. Not perfect but it will do. No leg press or squat rack. Did DB lunges instead. Took about 2 hours to hit every body part. I'm destroyed in a good way. Felt good, first time in gym in a week. I struggle mentally after about a week. I really start getting depressed and anxious. It's crazy how good you feel after a workout. It's absolutely a drug. The way you feel about yourself completely changes instantly. You don't realize how much it does for you mentally until you skip a week..
