    you would be silly to start at 3ius that is to much. Mine took 1iu and it worked great. If doing it over i would say take 2 as it will hit faster. This was years ago so I do not remember how long it took her but I remember it worked at 1 iu

    it may be different for women. but for a guy at 4iu a day 2 kits is when you really start to notice it. then again at 4iu a day 2 kits last 50 days. so yea you may see it in 1 kit.

    2iu may be a little low though. 1.5iu first thing in the morning and 1.5iu around dinner time is what i would suggest.

    yea just imagine not even having to kill yourself to be in that shape. imagine having a day eating like shit and you wake up and look in the mirror and you are LEANER! lol

    I do "get" what you mean. A couple years back I had it. Worked my ass off, felt extremely confident, had people compliment me all the time in the gym, the whole nine. I think just knowing/assuming I can "always go back" has made me alright with it (ish, lol). I can't speak for GH though, and I know that's a whole different ballgame.
