  • Massage: yes or no?

    I have a question for those actively involved in sports. Do you encounter such a thing as "clogged muscles"? And if so, how do you deal with it? Massages, warm baths, ointments or do you have stretch marks?
    Share your thoughts and experiences on this.

    Massage can greatly help speed recovery and help with injuries. Definitely beneficial for almost any athlete.

      Try massage therapy, yoga or a hot bath.

        Never heard of it before.

        I know for me over the last 2 years Iíve been getting a lot of leg cramps mostly in my calf when playing soccer. Canít seem to get rid of them. Itís when Iím playing for an hour or longer.
