  • Glutamine

Glutamine is a popular ingredient in many supplement formulas, and for good reason. Glutamine hasnít exactly been shown to greatly impact performance or recovery, per se, but its effects on immune system function are just as important. Intense training can impair immune function for up to 72-hours after a training session. Taking 10g of glutamine can reduce this impairment which may help reduce the incidence of illness! Being sick less often means you can train harder more often Ė a double win!
