You can select a model with the number of needles you want, mine has 48 I think. It punctures holes in the meat to break up connective tissue and tenderize the meat without flattening it out as much as a mallet. It makes tough cuts of meat more tender and it reduces cooking time by those needle punctures acting as heat conduits. Also, it cuts down on marinade time.

Hell ya that sounds great. Can get cheaper cuts, use that, marinade over night then grill. I'm gonna look into it.
Went on a pretty good hike but I didn't do deads and squats today. I tweaked my lower back a bit the other week. I was getting fatigued and winded and I don't think I had enough external pressure on my last dead.
As some of you might remember me mentioning a while ago, I am on a pretty strict budget as I am trying to get out of all my debt, other than my mortgage and student loans. If I keep pouring money into the debt I'll have it all paid off in a year and a half or so. I'm already excited about what I will do with that extra money.
Of course I do not want to go back into debt so it will take me a year to save up for it, but I'm thinking getting a Polaris Slingshot SLR.
I thought about getting a motorcycle but I don't have great balance anymore.

This is a dream and I need dreams to stay motivated to deprive myself of what I want to buy now.
When the time draws closer I'll have to test drive it for a bit, but from what I've read the cabin is pretty big.

weed. i'm telling you. invest in a few of the canadian weed companies like CGC, ACB, and Hexo. they will go up and down for now but the day federal legalization (it is absolutely coming in the next few years) your investment will 10x.
i'm not against buying things. everyone likes a new toy. just make sure your not buying something that will be used for about 2 months and then sit in the garage for the next 10 years untouched. i can see that happening with the 3 wheeler. kind of like the fat women who has to have a treadmill in the spare bedroom and it immediately turns into a clothes hanger. lol. plus like i said i just don't see you comfortably sitting in that for hours. smaller cars are tight for me and i'm 6'1 225. your like 6'5 300+ pounds. that car is not made for your big ass bro I'm telling ya.
I've decided to add in polymerics into my workouts. I'm still focusing on increasing my bench but I've decided to go to a more full body/overall fitness approach to my fitness.

You decide on something new everyday. :D
Not a bad thing but you also gotta stick to a plan long enough to see changes.
Not saying you don't. Just making that basic point because if you have a weakness I think it's that your all over the map. Need a little focus big dog!
Jackson is currently completing his PhD at the University of Western Australia in Perth. He is currently running the largest dieting study ever done on athletes in Australia.
This research called the ICECAP trial (Intermittent versus Continuous Energy restriction Compared in an Athlete Population), looks at the effect of including a “diet break” week after every 3 weeks of dieting, compared to a continuous hypocaloric diet for the duration of the full dieting period.

lmao. is this you seeking out any kind of science you can that will make you feel okay about going on a "diet break" and eating 17 cakes in 15 minutes? :D
there are no short cuts my friend. if you take a diet break you will take 2 steps backwards with your metabolism. fact. wake up bro and cut the bs!
