Actually rocket is the one who said 10iu is a waste. I'm running 4iu's so I'm expecting to see my IGF-1 levels in the 400's. I'll post them as soon as they come back.

rocket used to do 10iu shots all the time and get tests. i remember distinctly him saying "bro send my a vial, I'll do 10iu in 1 shot and get blood work and we'll clear this up right now". lol.

igf-1 levels in the 400's is what i would expect from US pharm grade gh @4iu. not a cheap $250 100iu kit or whatever it is. you wont get those results i can tell you now. you either need to up the dose or go with much more expensive GH.

Please do serum test 3 hours after 10 IU. It is how other brands we carry are tested
