My advice would be to hop on My Fitness Pal, and start logging everything that goes in your mouth. EVERYTHING. There is even a spot for water consumption. Usually when someone is just getting started and they say "my diet is the greatest but it's decent" they don't realize just how many changes can be done. Things like shrimp are high in fat. I didn't see any mention of cardio, but you're going to need to incorporate that.

So - start doing cardio 5 x week and start logging everything that goes in your mouth. You have to know where you're starting to know what to adjust
