This morning 1am.... Wednesday 12/6/17
Squats: warm up1 set, 1 work set
Leg press: 1 work set
Leg extension: 1 work set
Leg curl:1 warm up set 1 work set
Stiff Leg deadlift: 1 workset
Standing calf raise: 1 workset

Usually when I do a protocol like this is balls to the wall but this is lighter just to get my body used to the weight and range of motion again!!!!
