Sorry I missed everyone yesterday, long busy day...
no weights getting geared up for this coming week to really go after things from diet to my workout.
30 minutes cardio in the morning and 30 mins cardio in the evening, not sure if I will keep the cardio split this way a more serious regimen of weight training but the cardio time will increase a little more.
