1 am log 12/11/17 Just the beginning!!!!

Couldn’t make the gym last night since I had to get up at midnight!
This morning’s workout was:
Flat Hammer Bench Rep Range 30 to 8
2 X 135, 1 X 225, 1 X 275, 3 X 315 (8reps)
Incline Hammer Rep Range 20 to 10
135, 225 X 3
Incline Fly 35 angle
30 lb only for stretch
3 X 12 reps hands in a bench press position or pronated position
