My body is still feeling fatigued from jumping back into the gym:
12/8/17
The first exercise was an isolated ab machine set up to mimic rope crunches so I will just say rope crunches.
Rope crunches: 1 warm up, 1 work set
Lat Pulldowns: 1 warm up, 1 work set
Cable Rows: 1 workset
seated calf raises: 1 warmup, 1 workset

Hitting calves again because I think they will be a weak point along with bringing my legs back up, love seated calves and all these exercises are high rep atleast 20 reps min but not a lot of weight. As I said just trying to break myself back in without being bed ridden for a day or two LOL......It feels good and I am sure will only feel better as we go along.

I have to get up again at midnight and head out for work, one thing I have to do better on is my sleep, off to bed I have been averaging 4 or 5 hours a night but I did crash hard today and took a nap, I needed it badly... Have a good night bro's!!

Sorry I missed everyone yesterday, long busy day...
no weights getting geared up for this coming week to really go after things from diet to my workout.
12/9/17
30 minutes cardio in the morning and 30 mins cardio in the evening, not sure if I will keep the cardio split this way a more serious regimen of weight training but the cardio time will increase a little more.

Cardiac problems run in the family plus I was subjected to some gas in the military that they are now saying causes heart and lung problems, also sterility in women etc.....
Funny thing is I ran cross country in high school and played football, did a little boxing for golden gloves Memphis fire dept.
Can't get in the Military with asthma so my guess is the cs gas did a # on me. I have used gear off and on over 20 years close to 30, sometimes 6 months on 2 years off, sometimes a year on and 5 years off. One reason for being on and off so much was that I became a single parent, my x gave me my kids when they were 8 and 10 and walked away!!!!! So no I don't think it was the gear, after I was subjected to the gas in the Military is when I started having breathing issues so it is probably when the heart issues started too, I know the lack of oxygen put a strain on my heart as hard as I would train.

1 am log 12/11/17 Just the beginning!!!!

Couldn’t make the gym last night since I had to get up at midnight!
This morning’s workout was:
Flat Hammer Bench Rep Range 30 to 8
2 X 135, 1 X 225, 1 X 275, 3 X 315 (8reps)
Incline Hammer Rep Range 20 to 10
135, 225 X 3
Incline Fly 35į angle
30 lb only for stretch
3 X 12 reps hands in a bench press position or pronated position

The thing is I am off work a little early, not feeling well in and out of the weather and still going to hit back tonight, get me a little rest and go!! Thing is bro you have never met me don't know me and don't know anyone like me, I was working out when you were in diapers.... no disrespect. I am an easy going guy as long as I am not pushed too far and this is a board/forum which turns out to have great people on it. I like and am doing and going to continue to do a log on. Well, I didn’t make it to the gym last night – I was just too sick. . . But I sure as hell made up for it this morning!!! I have to make this short, it’s been one hell of a long day and I have to hit it again in the morning! Unfortunately, cardio is hit and miss right now and I have to change that.

This morning’s workout consisted of:
Cable Pulldowns
Warm up: 2x20 reps, work sets: 5x 20 to 8 reps pyramiding weight
Cable Rows
4 sets 20 to 8 reps
T-bar Rows
4 sets 10 reps
Ab Crunch Machine
3 sets 30 reps
Seated Calf raises
4 sets – to failure

No since I was 15 but you were still 3 and in pampers bro. I did exaggerate a little and I know rotties are big but you keep pushing,if you don't care then go bother someone else unless you just need the attention. A little psychology for you: most people that act like you do are covering for their ignorance, stupidity and low IQ. Read up on it!! So call a truce or it's only going to get worse and like I said you really don't know me. Let it go!!

My cycle started Monday:
800mg sustenon e5d
200mg NPP eod
100mg proviron ed
60mg T-bol ed

Today was my second pin of NPP..... I pin sustenon every 5 days because that is where the sweet spot seems to be, keeps you from dropping off like a 7 day pin cycle. Keeps me more on an even kill, I know some guys do it eod but I prefer e5d. Thanks...

It's all good the Iron game is good to us people mistake me for 35 to 38 used to be mistaken for my grandsons dad, lol which is nice... No ego bro and I don't make threats ;), I am who I am until pushed too far. Now this is great I am glad we could sweep things under the carpet. My grandson calls me Pap, so that's close...LOL your good in my book and glad we could bring this together. We are all here for the same reason, glad we could bring it together bori!!! Nice having everyone on board and your rottie does look good, just busting your balls, I have a boxer and just got a Pit boxer mix with blue eyes, both brindle in color, I will have to post some pictures up sometime. My best bud my chihuahua passed away at 13 which they say is 91 in dog years, it was from congestive heart failure....sucks but what can you do!!!!!! Boxer is like one of my kids too but the little one I could hold on my chest or lap while he slept. lol Boxer not so easy!!!! lol have a good day.... Post tonight after work.

This morning’s workout consisted of:
Military Shoulder Press
Warm up: 2 X 30 reps, work sets: 5
Free Motion Cable Press
3 sets
Side Lateral Raises

Rear Lateral Raises (Bent Laterals)

Seated Calf raises
3 sets
Ab Crunch Machine

Only on here for a minute, pressed for time and have only been home long enough to eat. Pictures of the out of shape me this weekend,lost 13 lbs on hospital food then blew up after coming home...LOL bad you have to almost die to lose weight..lol
The part I left out was my lungs filled up with water from my blood since there was no where for the fluid to go when the artery was blocked.
FLASH PULMONARY EDEMA. The blood cells are too thick to pass through the membrane walls so the water from the blood passes and fills your lungs up.
It is by the grace of GOD I am here, I was drowning in my own kitchen but was able to cough it up, when you cough in that situation water spews everywhere, brown or red tent. It took me awhile to bring myself back to the Iron game since seems like life comes to an end, everything you like to do anyway. It's time though and I appreciate everyone keeping up here!!! BICEP AND TRICEP

Rope curls superset tri cable pushdowns
2 x 30 warmup
Work sets: 5x failure last set drop set

Preacher curl: 3 x failure
Tri pushdown machine: 4 x failure last set drop set

Calves: 3 x failure
Ab crunch machine: 4 x failure

I fighting to stay awake by the end of the day and sure didn’t feel like going to work…LOL
Arrived home late so didn’t get a chance to log last night, a lot of cardio this weekend but I do have to work some today.
Will post some pictures, wear your sunglasses because they are going to burn your eyes probably…lol
Feel body tightening up but it will be a few weeks before we see changes so bear with me…We are going to make it happen, still trying to get diet down because with my job I only get a 30-min break in 10 to 12 hours so I have to eat finger food or food on the run which we all know is not good. This makes it even harder but things will fall into place. Diet is so damn important so I must figure out how to eat on the run and keep the bread out of the game. Been eating stone ground wheat (no enriched products).

Sorry, I missed everyone this weekend but I have been fighting off an upper respiratory infection, so far it hasn’t been too bad. It just comes along with the territory when you have asthma and winter sets in or the weather fluctuates back and forth. Had to get a little rest but gym time again tomorrow, nothing is going to stop this log brothers and sisters!!!!

I had asthma as a child.. it went away because i played alot of sports as a teen. So i feel your pain. My younger brother still has it unfortunately...

I feel for your brother, know that my man. I grew into it and my dad grew out of it, crazy stuff!!! Your brothers in my thoughts bro, I know how everything around affects your breathing from the weather to fresh cut grass, smoke... I pray his gets better as mine has only become worse over time.
Oh and I wish I could eat like that and stay lean, my older brother ended up with that blessing, eat anything and everything and always have a six pack.....

Just wanted to let everyone know that I haven’t stopped my log, it will continue but since I have been sick with an upper respiratory infection, just need a few days to recover, really need to move somewhere warm all year round.
I have been out of work all week, it has become worse so today they gave me a shot to bring down the inflammation in my airway, put me on Levoquin/Levofloxacin and home nebulizer treatments since my inhalers don’t seem to be doing the job at this time. My apologies brothers, the changing of weather kicks my asthmas ass and mine too!! Lol.
The log is still on just give me a couple of days to get my health right and it will be back on again. Thanks brothers and sisters!!!!

Take care of yourself, my wife was on low dose Primo this past summer and it helped her breathing problems tremendously.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS everyone, as you know I have been pretty sick and wanted to give you an update. I will get started back this week but it will be light weight and may not be until Wednesday or Tuesday. The medicine they put me on Leviquin seems to cause tendonitis and tendon ruptures as does prednisone (which I am on for a few days) or any corticoid steroid, (we remember Dorian). The surprise is that Dorian Yates’ Dr. didn’t know because I had known for a few years by the time he injured himself. I will be back in the gym as soon as I can but will avoid injury in the process, thanks for everyone’s patience and enjoy the precious time with your friends and families during the Holidays my brothers and sisters!!
