Here is my first set of pics after 6 months. Didn't think to take pics before I started but if I had, I probably wouldn't have posted them. Need some advice on the arms. Don't seem to be growing like the rest.

Thanks. I am having a problem with not getting sore anymore. I just started taking one scoop of Nanovapor and one scoop of Jack3d. I am having a lot of problems with arms. I don't see any difference from when I started until now. I have tried 21s, drop sets, preacher curls, extended curls, hammer curls. I always start out with a warm up set of 15 before I do anything.

your not going to get sore in every muscle group especailly after you have been training for awhile.

my best advice, keep it simple and experiment.

dont do all kinds of different techniques and get all confused as to what works and what doesnt. try something for a month, if you see no results try something else.

also understand that the #1 most important thing is diet. its more important then training and far more important then supplements. what is an average days diet for you?

You look to be in decent shape.

I've never served in the armed forces but I will say this. I am not sure if you can on active duty and be in bodybuilding shape. I don't know what your MOS is, so nothing I say may apply, but if your schedule is variable, you have no control over your diet (even if you eat enough calories), etc. the best you can do is to stay in shape and wait until you are back stateside before really pushing for aesthetics.

Also, I think a lot of bodybuilding goals may be detrimental to your job especially if you are infantryman. Of course this is a guy talking after watching Generation Kill and Restrepo, so if I am talking crap, ignore me...

My diet is pretty rancid right now. I work 26 hours on 22 hours off, and then 12 on. So it is a three day cycle. While I am on the 26 hour shift, I sleep on a concrete Texas barrier facing the inside of the compound when time permits. I only take suppliments when I am on shift because I eat like shit. Food gets delivered to us in plastic containers. Usually we get pissed and don't eat it at this point. This is when I will definately drink protein suppliments. We do get boiled eggs in the mornings out there, so I will eat about 6 of those. I manage to eat two meals back in the living compound. I will start out with 3 egg whites, a 3 egg white omelet with vegetables, wheat toast with peanut butter, a bananna, and two oranges, with water to drink. The other two main meals will be raw spinach, carrots, and broccoli, with two baked chicken breasts and water. I will have two snacks between meals. This is usually when I take my suppliment shakes (protein), and every piece of fruit I can get my hands on.

I have been over here since the middle of January. I get to go home for two weeks on the 25th of September. You are probably right. My schedule is so bad that I am probably doing more harm than good. I am leaving the gym soaked. The next day I am so worn out that I can't concentrate on much. I take nanovapor and jack3d, take off to the gym where I act like a maniac for 2 to 3 hours, spend the whole day stuffing my face with everything that has either no carbs or low on carbs. I fall asleep standing up, and shit like a horse. Man I feel great!!! I will always get 4 days in the gym. Most of the time I will get 5.

I would lay off all the supplements. Even in the best of circumstances, the shit is so poorly tested that their effect on the metabolism is poorly understood. Under the kind of stresses you are in and the fact that your nutrition is far from optimum, I think anything beyond protein powder is a gigantic waste of money and maybe actually doing more harm than good.

I need to know all rules, they are different everywhere.
I founded one post where one guy began his story and then he left, i asked what he is doing now, about his progress and not only me was interested in this , some of the members supported me.

Vernall, Some people just don't like seeing threads that are 5 years old being posted in because the people who originally wrote it or who commented on it might no longer be active posters. It also usually means the topic is over when people no longer post on it. So all anyone is saying is please check the date before writing on certain things.

How long have you been training for Vernall? Do you use steroids?

It’s a simple fact: guys want big arms. Just walk into any commercial gym and you’ll see a line of people standing in front of mirrors working on their biceps and triceps.Yet so many guys struggle to grow their arms, regardless of how much time they spend. And although you might respond with more arm work.
