Best part in Pumping Iron. Serge Nubret: Looks like I can take you.
Arnold Schwarzenegger: Heh heh, yeah, keep looking.

Thing is though, he was right. Serge was just born at the wrong time. He'd own the ifbb if he was 35 years old today. Better genetics than Wheeler possibly. Arnold on the other hand is exact opposite. He came around at the perfect time. Today he'd be unlikely to make it as a pro with his flawed structure.

Just look at the 3rd pic I posted above. Imagine that body with GH. Unbeatable.

See, why did you have to make things weird? There is a difference between finding inspiration to improve ones self and calling someone "your muscle god". Come on bro, this is the no ghey zone here. Alpha dogs only.

No GH, Slin, or Peptides. Just good old fashioned protein, training balls to the wall, and hormones.

Awesome thread! If only bodybuilders today looked like these guys. God damn the women back then looked great. Sergio is a genetic freak. If he took more hormones and ate more, imagine what he would have looked like

Something about these old pics that seem happy and fun. A time when lifting and bodybuilding was a small cult but it was nothing but positive. You just get the feeling that they got up at 5am to drink some raw eggs and go for a run on the beach because they loved to do it. A simple yet rewarding life.

No doubt about it, Sergio would have been as big or bigger then Coleman if he had today's drugs. Dude was massive for his time.

Arnold: "So, who is number one in this gym?"

Leo Stern: "Jack Bostic is number one"

Arnold: "Now he's number two"

The more I see pics of Lou from the 90's the more I think he had pretty much the perfect physique considering his height. I cant really think of another bodybuilder his height that was able to fill out his frame like that. Wonder if it has anything to do with the way they trained from the 70's? Sort of the overstraining million sets 2-3 hour sessions.
