Holy....fucking.....Shit


Wtf....I can barely walk this morning....started yesterday early morning.


Didn't think much of it. As the day went on, crippled me slowly. I did go train last night, tried to stretch out my glutes and such.

I would get get an MRI if i was you and make sure the disc is not protruded..

Mr I went through a nightmare with that. Don't force it. If I remember right he tried to force things in gym and made it was worse.

Be careful with "adjustments" bro. If it's a serious issue you can make it really really bad. Mr I actually did exactly that. I'm pretty sure he said he was almost paralyzed by some kind of adjustment.

Not trying to act like some expert. Just be careful with nerves, one wrong move and it can get serious.

When it comes to shit like this, I'm very aware and definitely do my best to baby it until I get checked.

But yea, I hear ya....we take our bodies for granted and I can't even wipe my ass to the right...I know I keep repeating myself, but it's an issue since I go quite often during the day lol

For some reason I was extremely bloated for a couple weeks recently. The scale showed I was up around 20 lbs of water weight. It flared up my carpal tunnel and it also created a pain, beginning in my glute and it extended down my hamstring. I am assuming it was sciatica. It hurt to tie my shoes, sit in a chair, drive my vehicle, sleep, etc.

Once the water weight fell off and I was not bloated anymore I stopped having the sciatica and my carpal tunnel does not bother me more than normal.

I have thought about it. I read that some people like it a lot because they have extreme focus on the weight training. I have not tried it though since I have a bit of a commute to the gym and I don't like driving while high.

I do like to smoke and go on hikes though.

It might change with that high CBD strain you have. CBD counteracts many of the negative THC sides, like paranoia.

You need an mri

You need it looked at by a neorologist, no other is good enough.

I guarantee it's a disk bulge at L4/5 S1

Get it dealt with get surgery if needed.

My foot became paralysed because I didn't deal quick enough.

It's mostly healed nearly 2 years later
