Up ur protine to about 200, mostly complex carb and all good fat makes up the rest of ur caloric intake. Caloric intake for 6 foot 200 # man is 1200 a day for crazy weight loss, with cardo timed behind ur carb intake to preserve some little bit of muscle. Unless u protect muscle in a different way. But ur body will eat both muscle and fat at that calorie deficiency. Bouncer is right, totally.
One other option would be a keto diet, it works and is about the same as above just take out the carbs, up the protine just a Lil an make up the difference with fat calories replacing the carbs cals. U can get a test strip to piss on that will show when ur body is in a keto state.

Quick is not best and its better to lose weight the right way. It takes time to put it on so it should take time to take it off. Just eat as clean as you can , cut calories slowly, do a cheat meal for sanity's sake and do a mixture of HIT/LISS and perform all your weight training standing(for max calorie burn) and use moderate weigh, higher rep. Also try to incorporate as many exercises that hit multiple body parts at once (for mix calorie burn)
Try overnight fasting. Eat at say 6 then try to go 14 hrs before you eat breakfast.
Eat carbs before ,post and post-post workout then switch to protein fats to improve insulin sensetivity....and lastly find a good HGH and do 2.5-5 iu when you first wake fasted and before bed fasted!

Easy and Quick things are not good! Focus on diet and exercise and you will get something good for you.

That s right! A simple point but one that should be stated! It's not often thought of or realized.

Avoid sugar content rich drinks and start taking high-protein breakfast is the best and natural way to lose weight. In spite of this, there are many supplements also available in the market to lose weight but i don't like to recommend those because of their side effects which sometimes create panic situation for the user. Taking water in enough is also very helpful in losing weight.

Yeah, sure! Natural ways to lose weight are always great to follow.

1.All meals are important, but breakfast is what helps you start your day on the right track. The best, heartiest breakfasts are ones that will fill you up, keep you satisfied, and stave off cravings later in the day.

2.Make sure that everything you're eating is whole — as in nothing processed or packaged. Since salt is a preservative, these are the foods that are highest in sodium — something to keep in mind when planning your meals.

3.When it comes by buying snacks, a "low sodium" product has to be 140mg or less per serving

4.Start your day with a cup of coffee. Caffeine is a natural diuretic and an excellent source of antioxidants, which protect your cells from damage.

5.It can actually help you cut back on calories. That's because capsaicin, a compound found in jalapeno and cayenne peppers, may (slightly) increase your body's release of stress hormones such as adrenaline, which can speed up your ability to burn calories.

6.As funny as it sounds, sleep deprivation may make you fat — and not just because you're susceptible to cases of the late-night munchies

7.Don't get me wrong — exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day.

8.Potassium, magnesium, and calcium can help to serve as a counter-balance for sodium. Foods that are rich in potassium include leafy greens, most "orange" foods (oranges, sweet potatoes, carrots, melon) bananas, tomatoes, and cruciferous veggies — especially cauliflower. Low-fat dairy, plus nuts, and seeds can also help give you a bloat-busting boost.
