This school is deffinitely real gay. i miss home. I will not get any action here unless i am drunk off my ass. The guys just take advantage of girls who are drunk, and the girls get drunk so guys will do things with them. It is ridiculous. Drinking conflicts w. my body goals at the moment, so I will just workout... fuck um. LOL

this thread also shows that eating for size isn't fun. Its bland usually and monotenous. I am already finding this out in small doses from my new diet but I remind myself WHY I am doing it and it makes it easier to pound those shakes and eat those 7-8 meals. Your motivation should mostly come from within. If you depend on other people to motivate you, what happens when they are not around?

Check your fridge settings. Sounds like the milk is bad.

Hey Bouncer, do you pre-cook the oatmeal you use in your shakes? Is it the quaker instant oats or the regular? The two containers look the same except one says instant and the other traditional.

Also Bouncer where do you buy your dextrose and how much is it? I buy it online but I didn't know if there may be a local place to purchase and if it would be cheaper. I think I pay $2.50/lb.

it all depends where u live bro, i dont think these grocery stores are around the nation, i could be wrong. Keiser, Goliath, and other texans know about them, called H.E.B. Its a big chain company here in Texas.

The brand is the store brand and contain 16 servings of chicken breats/tenders. Gonna make some right now

Throw in a few ice-cubes, they agitate the contents while you shake it giving it a better consistency, usually. i find some shakes you just can't do shit to make them smooth without a blender, and i can only wash the blender so many times in a given day.

Just thought I would bump this post back up.

Whats cool about these boards is you can look at the exact times of post from years ago. I was looking at this thread trying to figure out the exact times of my meals. Im going back to the exact same diet and time schedaul.

Cant wait to get back to jersey and back to costco.

Whats funny is that we are moving back to the same apartments were I took these pics over 2 years ago. Should have never left jersey. lol.

So, do you marinate the chicken in anything? Or do you eat it with anything to give it flavor, or do you just like the taste? Would it be bad if I were to marinate in lemon and then cook it?

Bro don't eat bland food unless you are getting ready for a show there is no reason to eat plain tastless food, you can make your food as tasty as possible just don't fry it or go over board with the salt and the some other sauces and shit.

Great post Bouncer.

Like I said bro don't go over board with the stuff just use a little bit to make it tasty. Plus if you are drinking a gallon or more water a day you do need to replenish your sodium anyways.

I just had this this morning just to see what it was like and added a couple spoons n peanut butter, I have to say wether you can digest the eggs or not they improved the consistency and held the oats together better, usually all the oats sink to the bottom of my mug. tasted pretty good too.

stomachs making a couple noises though, must be the raw egg:P
