where did you get that meal at the local fast food place? i can see just from the picture that the chicken and rice has been cooked with lots of oil or butter.

lol... there is no oil or butter. The rice is cooked in a rice cooker and has pam sprayed at the bottom of the rice cooker. The vege's are always boiled.

The chicken has a little canola oil and its actually dry, not oily at all. Its the buffalo seasoning. You guys are a bunch of haters.

I used to be all about bland food, now i add more seasoning. If its bland I don't want to eat it, and i get full fast. Just a little more seasoning gets me to enjoy my food and i will more of it.

Yes i am cutting.

Ok so i have 3 pre-workout meals from 3 people: Me, CPAK59, and DBJMOFO

DNA's pre-workout meal. I sometimes eat this, its pasta with ground chicken, Ragu sauce, and white cheese. About 5-6oz

CPAK59's pre-workout meal. Its about 6oz of brown rice, 4oz vege's, and 5oz chicken. He is currently cutting. He is about 180lbs at 12-13% bodyfat. All natural, 20 years old

DBJMOFO's pre-workout meal is about 6oz Basmati rice with 3oz chicken.

It is 7oz of chicken, buried under the greens and potato. I cook the meat all one day and the veggies about every 2 days so they taste better. They sit on top usually. I shook the container up so you could see SOME chicken what so ever...

Who says you can't eat semi clean when you're out? I was out getting some stuff and running around when Meal #5 time was creeping up. I knew i would be out 30 more minutes so i stepped into Panera bread and got their BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad with an apple. So good, haven't had Panera Bread in a long ass time.

Yes I do remember. I said its hard to diet when you're on vacation. The beaches in Jersey have a "health trend" to it. Ocean City, MD has "shit trend"
