This is pretty much what I eat ED. I will post more in days to come.

Typical breakfast for me, I also had some egg whites not pictured. I add 0% milk with some blueberries and raspberries.

I particularly like this chicken because when I cook it, the chicken just taste really clean. I've had other chicken before and some just don't taste the same even if I cook them identical.

I have at least one shake a day, sometimes 2 but no more.

Untitled by Ronin0601, on Flickr

I grab 5 tea bags and soak in a 2L container and then pour into my bottles before I leave for the day...so half of my fluids, which is half a gallon, comes from this tea....and luckily it has a very nice taste to it....helps me not want to put sugar.

Here is the sauce I used

I basically cook it for about 20mns at medium temp so its nice and tender/moist. Being that it's pure white meat, well it's dry already....but I prefer my white breasts being dry:grin::thumb:

here take a look. I get my cereals/oats/grains only from whole foods but this particular brand at trader joes, good stuff man. I add banana, blueberries or raspberries or all together. I put 0% organic milk.

Chips that are actually good for you and you will not go wrong with these either....I eat them with my eggs in the morning since I don't eat toast. I scoop the eggs up...those are some big ass chips :panic:

Also very good with salsa and you have people over; they all love me

$3.89 for this box of tea and it yields me a case of 24 0.5L plastic bottles. Only pain is filling them back up with the tea...but it's worth it since I don't drink anything but one coffee during the morning, my milk with my cereal, oats or granola and the rest is water...no energy drinks, nothing. ..so I've been wanting to do something different; well there you have it...no sugar and it taste great.

This picture is regular caffeine free tea...I've made the one pictured and it looks red.

The chips is something to break the monotony of eating the stuff all the time....considering they're chips, well that's about as good as it gets in terms of nutrition.

And the cereal? Lol...ok bro

Looking good, Rado. I would add more leafy green veggies - more salads, etc. They are good for you. Maybe that is what Redback is getting at.

stuff looks good rado. that mayo looks interesting. i stay away from fat but every once in awhile i need some fat in my meals, that might be a good option for me to make some chicken salad or something. take a pic of the back of that jar if you can. interested in the cal breakdown and the full ingrediants list.

Will do bro, it's not much....but like you said, every once in a bit isn't bad...and to be honest, I don't have much fat in my diet ED.

I use 2 tbsp for 4 cans of tuna. Which is a lot. Keeping a clean diet through the day, this fat content doesn't bother me.

The TI chips are great.

The blueberry cereal isn't a favorite or mine, but I'm not a huge cereal person. I was trying to switch things up.

nah i often go to the fish markets with a few mates for the early morning auctions and we bid on boxes of seafood. we got a box of 100 lobster tails for $200 (they were a bit small) and a box of 30 crabs for $300.

The way the auction it off is pretty cool they'll start at say $1000 and work their way down until someone bids so you can normally get a few good bargains.
